We have been looking at some condos along the intracoastal waterway. I’ve always felt better being around the ocean and/or water.
After raising our awesome daughter through horseback riding, which was her love, I am now open to the idea of living on or near the water.
In reality, to me, Florida is not Florida without the beach. Yes, the warm weather, the palm trees and the ‘forever summer’ is heaven to me. And, seeing a sunrise and/or sunset on the water just tops it off as perfection.
So, we search for a condo on the water. My husband and I fell in love ‘at the beach’. Everything we did; every vacation we took, every run we ran, every place we ate… it was always about the water. Rum Runners and Mai Tais, running on the boardwalk; bicycling on the boardwark; dinners looking out to the ocean.. Boating… it is where our greatest joys came from when it was just us.
Now that our daughter is almost all on her own, it is time to get to the joy outside of the wonderful, happy, loving, blessed times we had with her. She is our greatest accomplishment. She will always be our greatest love.
The beach life calls. I hope to answer.
