Breathing.

Now more than ever, perhaps, we have seen the importance of breathing.  What a miracle and life giving tool it is.  And, most of the time, most of us need do nothing for it to be so.

Breath.  It is our life force.  We have it with us from the moment we are born til the moment our human body ceases to exist.  It circulates within our entire body through blood flow, organ functioning, our lymphatic system, our cells; creating energy, movement and function.

More and more, many of us are, possibly, learning that it is one of the best tools we have to also tap in to creating harmony, peace, calm and connection to the best parts of ourselves.

If it feels right to you, may you take a few deep full breaths now.  Stop here and breathe.  Take 30 seconds or more.  …  All the way in slowly down to your toes.  All the way out slowly and allow your body and mind to relax.  Just breathe.  Let whatever is underneath you supporting you to fully support You.

Let your body be heavy and just be.  Relax all your muscles, facial expressions, organs, blood flow.  ‘Fall’ heavily into yourself while expanding.  Breathe.

Perhaps, notice that the air coming in may be cooler than the air you breathe out.  Just notice.  Just be.  Just let go of everything but your connection to your breath.

The ‘heaven’ of being ‘here’.  May you know it.

Breathe.  And may you be aware that You are.
