Some days we don’t want to work out. We don’t feel like working out. And, I always feel better after I do; even if I only stretch and work a few muscles.
This is something that I already know. I never, ever feel worse after a workout.
So, if there is something that you know that you never, ever feel worse after you do it, may you do it again and again and again.
May it be from your innate knowing, your loving heart and your acquired knowledge that carries you into being and living the best of yourself; as often as possible.
Let yourself work out. Let you be you. Whether it is through a workout or something that brings you joy. Be open to letting your life work out…
